These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of COMFIED.COM and related services (collectively, "COMFIED"). By accessing or using COMFIED, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
COMFIED is a Decision Intelligence platform designed to help startup founders and CEOs navigate strategic complexity and keep pace with market shifts. It combines AI-generated text with interactive visual simulations to create customized strategy documents based on user inputs.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE
Usage limits apply to strategy generation on an hourly and daily basis. You are solely responsible for all content, communications, and activities associated with your account, including any consequences arising from such use.

You agree to use COMFIED in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use COMFIED to:
• Generate content that facilitates illegal activities, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Circumvent safety protections or content filters
• Promote self-harm or dangerous activities
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

3. OWNERSHIP OF GENERATED CONTENT
When you buy a strategy or analysis report, you fully own it. You are not restricted in any way from copying, sharing, reselling, or broadcasting it. No attribution is required.

4. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
If you do not get your strategy document delivered to your inbox immediately upon purchase, please reach out via our help desk channels to get it re-sent to you.

DERISK Subscription SLA: For DERISK subscriptions, we deliver a minimum of 52 reports. If any week's analysis delivery is skipped or fails, your subscription duration will be extended by one week.

Your subscription is not automatically renewed—you will receive an email prompting you to renew, and your subscription will lapse if you do not manually renew.

5. REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued for purchases, except for unauthorized card transactions.

If you find a COMFIED purchase on your card or other payment method that you didn't make and that wasn't made by anyone you know, report unauthorized charges within 60 days of the transaction via our help desk channels to request a refund.

We highly recommend that you try out the free versions of our products, and only make a purchase once you are content with the quality and suitability of the products.

6. SERVICE TERMINATION
You may terminate your DERISK subscription early by replying to the weekly email with the word 'unsubscribe'. If you choose to terminate before the expiry of your subscription, you will forfeit your unused subscription period.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
COMFIED IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CONTENT ACCURACY: Generated strategy content is produced through automated algorithms and may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, outdated information, or technical flaws. COMFIED makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currentness, quality, or suitability of any generated content.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY: COMFIED does not warrant operation without interruption, be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. COMFIED reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of COMFIED at any time without notice or liability.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT: COMFIED may include or incorporate information from third-party sources. COMFIED makes no warranties regarding such third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy or reliability.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GENERAL LIMITATION: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMFIED, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE COMFIED, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMFIED'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO COMFIED EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COMFIED IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

NO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OR ADVISORY RELATIONSHIP: COMFIED is solely a technology platform that generates automated strategy documents through software algorithms. COMFIED does not provide, and expressly disclaims the provision of, any professional consulting services, professional advice, business advisory services, strategic consulting, management consulting, financial consulting, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting services, or any other form of professional advisory or consultancy services of any kind.

No professional relationship, advisory relationship, consulting relationship, client relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, or confidential relationship of any kind is created, implied, or established between COMFIED (or any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents) and any user of COMFIED.

AUTOMATED NATURE OF SERVICE: All content generated by COMFIED is produced through automated algorithmic processes without human professional judgment or analysis. Generated content is informational and research in nature only and should not be construed as, relied upon as, or substituted for professional advice tailored to your particular situation, industry, jurisdiction, or needs.

USER RESPONSIBILITY AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT: You expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that:
• You are solely responsible for independently evaluating, verifying, validating, and determining the suitability, applicability, and appropriateness of any generated content for your specific business circumstances.
• Any business, strategic, operational, legal, financial, investment, regulatory, compliance, or other decisions you make that are based on, influenced by, or informed by generated content are made entirely at your own risk, discretion, and sole responsibility.
• You must consult with appropriately qualified and licensed professional advisors (including but not limited to business consultants, management consultants, attorneys, certified public accountants, financial advisors, investment advisors, and industry-specific experts) before making any significant business decisions or taking any material actions.
• COMFIED makes no representations, warranties, or assurances regarding the applicability, effectiveness, legality, regulatory compliance, financial soundness, or appropriateness of any generated content for your specific situation, business model, industry, or jurisdiction.
• Generated content does not constitute a professional opinion, recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of any outcome.

EXPRESS WAIVER: BY USING COMFIED, YOU EXPRESSLY AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, OR LIABILITY THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE ALLEGED OR ACTUAL PROVISION OF CONSULTING, ADVISORY, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, OR FIDUCIARY DUTIES BY COMFIED OR ANY OF ITS REPRESENTATIVES.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in COMFIED, including but not limited to logos, software, user interface designs, strategy generation algorithms, game frameworks, and underlying technology, are owned by COMFIED and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

COMFIED grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content from COMFIED's website and social media accounts for personal or business purposes, subject to these terms.

10. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
COMFIED may modify these Terms of Use at any time with or without prior notice. Continued use of COMFIED after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
