This Privacy Policy describes how COMFIED collects and processes your information when you use COMFIED.COM and related services (collectively, "COMFIED").

By using COMFIED, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
COMFIED collects and processes the following information:

Strategy Generation:
• Email addresses for account management, marketing, and system notifications
• Aggregated traffic data including strategies generated daily by country, sector, and language for quality assurance

Gameplay and Interaction:
• Account initials or nickname
• System-generated user identity code
• Game scores, duration, and moves
• Rule violations and error counts
• Date and time of activity
• Country (determined by IP address)
• Device operating system and language
• User preference settings (sound, visual themes)
• Sign-in frequency and social sharing activity
• Device screen size
COMFIED is designed for users aged 18 and above and does not knowingly collect information from minors.

Information We Do Not Collect:
COMFIED does not store or reproduce your strategy prompts. COMFIED does not access, collect, or store phone numbers, photos, personal identification numbers, GPS location data, contact lists, Bluetooth settings, Wi-Fi settings, smart device network information, or credit card details.

2. AI PROCESSING
When you use COMFIED's strategy generator, portions of your input are transmitted to third-party AI processing services. These providers may retain anonymized versions of your data for up to 7 days before automatic deletion.

Generated strategy documents are stored for 7 days from creation before automatic deletion. Your generated content is your intellectual property and accessible only via your registered email address.

3. PAYMENT INFORMATION
COMFIED processes payments through third-party payment gateways. We do not store credit card numbers, mobile payment credentials, or other billing information.

4. DATA OWNERSHIP
You retain ownership of all data you provide to COMFIED and all strategy content generated using COMFIED.

5. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
COMFIED is committed to complying with applicable global privacy frameworks, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Depending on your jurisdiction, you have specific rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Correction: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data (often called the "Right to be Forgotten").
• Right to Withdraw Consent: If we process your data based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

No Sale of Personal Data:
COMFIED does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers or third parties. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers (like payment processors and AI hosting services) strictly to operate COMFIED.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies:
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to authenticate your sessions, apply your visual/audio preferences, and secure our platform. We also use analytics to evaluate aggregated, anonymized traffic data. You can manage or disable non-essential cookies through your device or browser settings.

Data Security and Retention:
We protect your personal information using industry-standard security measures, including encryption during transit. While AI inputs and generated documents are deleted after 7 days (as outlined in Section 2), your general account information (such as email and gameplay history) is retained only for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

International Data Transfers:
Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your own (such as the United States), where data protection laws may differ. By using COMFIED, you consent to this transfer.

Policy Updates:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on COMFIED prior to the changes taking effect.

Exercising Your Rights:
To exercise any of your data rights, including requesting account deletion or a data export, please contact us at the email address provided below. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
