COMFIED Mobile Media is a publisher of mobile apps. BLUE smart game is a member of the COMFIED family. The primary objective of COMFIED BLUE is to measure and predict mental performance of individuals, cities and social groups. COMFIED collects, stores, processes, shares and monetizes data of app users.

DISCLAIMER
BLUE is not a replacement for professional medical attention, formal education, workplace productivity tools or standard recruitment processes; Rather, BLUE is designed to enhance productivity through smart scheduling.

INFORMATION COLLECTION
When you install and use COMFIED BLUE, information collected, stored, processed, shared and monetized may include the following: Date of installation, version of device operating system, operating system language, operating system unique identification, randomly-generated account code, device screen size, selected avatar, theme settings, selected city or cities, time history when application is used, game play style, game play duration, game scores and list of other users your are connected to.
COMFIED BLUE is designed and intended for use by all ages. COMFIED does not intentionally or knowingly endanger anyone that is a minor or under the age of 13 years old. Parents are encouraged to be involved in the COMFIED activities of their children to ensure that child use of COMFIED does not occur without parental permission.

INFORMATION STORAGE
COMFIED stores information for a period of 90 days, then auto-deletes older data from its servers. Whenever the user uses BLUE within a period of 90 days from previous use, on a device connected to the internet, the user’s information described above will be received and stored into COMFIED servers and retained. In case the user discontinues use of COMFIED more than continuous 90 days, stored data of that user will be automatically and permanently erased from COMFIED servers.
Any user may request for a copy of their stored information by sending email to comfied@gmail.com with the account code in the header of the email. The 24-digit account code is found at the bottom of the city and game selection screens.
COMFIED is a community where every use has the right to enjoy our experience without fear of fraud, spamming, stalking, shaming or discrimination. COMFIED reserves the right to restrict or terminate services to any user at any time without prior notice if the user’s actions are offensive or hurt the experience of other users, or fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this policy.
COMFIED may from time to time ask users to provide information on your experiences from using its services.

INFORMATION PROCESSING
COMFIED is an artificial intelligence platform. The information received is passed through the processing engine, and data generated is appended to the primary data and used for open data reporting and social experience purposes.

INFORMATION SHARING
COMFIED publishes part of the gameplay data it collects as freely accessible open data on its website https://comfied.com/open-data for research purposes. The open data published is anonymized by hiding the user initials, hiding account codes and rounding-off the game play time to the nearest hour.

In addition to the open data, COMFIED may disclose information related to the users if we believe such action is necessary to:
(a) comply with the law, or legal process served on us;
(b) protect and defend our rights or property (including the enforcement of our agreements); or
(c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Users or members of the public.

INFORMATION MONETIZATION
COMFIED earns through user pay-per-share subscriptions, API access and social advertisements. The pay-per-share subscription allows users to view each other’s gameplay history and analyzed data on the COMFIED apps, websites and APIs.

INFORMATION SECURITY
In order to provide the COMFIED Services, COMFIED may transfer, process and store personal data in a number of countries. COMFIED may also subcontract processing of Your information to third parties located in countries other than Your home country. Information collected within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) may, for example, be transferred to and processed in a country outside of the EEA, which may not provide the same level of protection for personal data as within the EEA. You acknowledge and agree that COMFIED may transfer Your personal data as described above for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. We take all reasonable precaution to protect Your information, Contact Information and other Content from misuse, loss and unauthorized access. Although we cannot guarantee this information will not be subject to unauthorized access, COMFIED has physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place to protect it. The Information is stored on secured servers and protected by secured networks to which access is limited to a few authorized employees and personnel.

INDEMNITY
COMFIED services are provided without any warranty. COMFIED does not guarantee efficacy of its solutions, systems, apps, reports or data. By installing, accepting to use and interacting with BLUE or other COMFIED apps, data and services, you release and hold harmless COMFIED, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with COMFIED applications, hosted data, APIs, marketing communication, website or any benefits it provides.

UPDATES
COMFIED may at any time with or without a separate notice change or update this Privacy Policy, and You are encouraged to review this Policy from time to time on the COMFIED website.
